HEARING: Blackburn Magistrates Court.
MARK Edward Brown, 43, of Swift Close, Blackburn, was remanded in custody by Blackburn magistrates after pleading not guilty to stealing cosmetics from Boots in Clitheroe. He pleaded guilty to eight other offences of shoplifting which were adjourned to be sentenced at the conclusion of his trial on the other matter.
