POLICE: Two men have been arrested on suspicion of shoplifting from The Mall, Blackburn
TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of shoplifting from a shopping centre.
Inspector Tom Riley said the men were arrested after visiting The Mall, in Blackburn, just before 5pm.
It is thought the men had visited Debenhams before the arrest.
