A 33-YEAR-OLD man who sprinted out of a shop with two bottles of Jack Daniels in his pocket paused long enough to shout at a security guard.
Blackburn magistrates heard the security officer and a colleague did catch Damian Taylor after he had stopped to talk to someone in a car.

As he ran out of the shop Taylor said: “You won’t catch me fatty.”
Taylor, of Spring Terrace, Bacup, pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of Jack Daniels worth £30 from Morrisons.
He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.
