A 15-YEAR-OLD boy riding his off-road motorcycle on a street knocked a little girl off her bike.
Blackburn magistrates heard the boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, left despite being told to stay where he was by a woman who was helping the girl.

The boy pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Hameldon View, Great Harwood, and without insurance.
He was made subject to a referral order for three months and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
Catherine Allan, prosecuting, said the little girl had been shaken up by the incident but not injured.
The boy who was not represented, told the court he had stopped and asked the girl if she was alright before leaving. He said he was taking his motorbike to a jet wash.
