Blackburn magistrates
A 28-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with grievous bodily harm after a man suffered a fractured spine and a bleed on the brain.
Matthew James Alltree, of Birmingham, was sent on bail to Burnley Crown Court charged with wounding Shane Trickett in Accrington on Christmas Day.
