Blackburn men charged with conspiring to steal high value BMW cars
FOUR men have appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with conspiring to steal high value BMW cars.
Michael Dicks, 23, of Pendlebury, Khasim Ali Ahmed, 28, of Stirling Drive, Blackburn, Irfan Mohammed Mazhar, 23, of Colenso Road, Blackburn, and Haroom Qamar, 26, of The Pastures, Blackburn, were all sent on bail to Preston Crown Court.
