Burnley Magistrates found the boy committed the offence in Bacup
A 15-YEAR-OLD boy has been banned from babysitting children under the age of 13 after being found guilty of sexually touching a nine-year-old girl.
Burnley Magistrates found the boy, who can not be named for legal reasons but is from Burnley, committed the offence in Bacup on July 30, 2015, when he was 14.

The youth rehabilitation order also bans him from contacting the victim directly or indirectly.
He was also ordered to pay £375 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
