A MAN has been taken to hospital with head, chest and leg injuries after crashing his bike into a parked van in Blackburn.
The 39-year-old man was travelling down Saunders Road at around 2.20am this morning when he crashed into a stationary Citreon Relay.

The cyclist, who is from Blackburn, was taken to Royal Preston Hospital where he remains in a stable condition, with head, chest and leg injuries.
Nobody else was involved in the crash.
Saunders Road was closed for two and a half hours whilst the man was treated and investigation was carried out.
A police spokesman said: “We were called to Saunders Road in Blackburn at 2.20am this morning to reports a male cyclist had collided with a stationary Citroen Relay van.
“The 39-year-old cyclist, who is from Blackburn, was taken to Royal Preston Hospital with head, chest and leg injuries. His condition is described as stable.
“A road closure was put in place for two and a half hours.”
