SUPERMARKET giant Lidl is recalling products due to possible health risks to anyone with allergies.

They recalled the Fin Carre Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts 100g (Best Before May 23) due to milk and hazelnuts not being declared on a small number of bars.

A spokesman said: "If you have bought the above product and have an allergy to milk or hazelnuts do not eat it. Instead return it to Lidl UK for a refund."

Warnings have also been issued over the Meine Kaserei Bavarian Style Smoked Cheese with Ham 150g, with the best before date of June 30, due to milk not being declared in English on a small number of packets.

It means the product is a possible health risk to anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk.

A spokesman said: "If you have bought the products and have an allergy to milk do not eat it. Instead return it to Lidl for a full refund."

The company is also recalling the Belbake Bread Baking Mix (1kg) due to wheat, rye or barley gluten not being declared in English on a small number of packets.

They include Sunflower Seed, Ciabatta, Farmhouse Bread and Rustic Wholemeal bread mix.

It means the product is a possible health risk to anyone with the above allergies.

A spokesman said: "It you have bought the above product and have an intolerance to wheat, rye or barley gluten do not eat it. Instead return it to Lidle UK for a refund."
