THREE men were racially abused as they travelled on a train from Blackburn to Colne.
British Transport Police have released an image of a man they believe may have vital information about the incident.

He had boarded the train at Blackburn Station at around 5.30pm on Thursday, November 5.
PC Peter Riley said: “A man complained to the train conductor about three men who were sitting in disabled seats.
“He referred to the men in a racist manner in a loud voice.
“He then fell asleep and left the train at Colne station.”
