Blackburn drivers urged to take alternative routes as roadworks get underway
MOTORISTS have been advised by Blackburn with Darwen Council to take alternative routes during resurfacing works starting on Monday.

Work will be carried out at the bottom of Livesey Branch Road and the New Link Road and Bolton Road, at the junction with Livesey Branch Road.
The works will start from 9.30am.
