Man charged with sex offences against children - including 20-month-old girl
A 30-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with sex offences against children, including a 20-month-old girl.
James Harry Blackie, of no fixed address, was sent in custody to Burnley Crown Court charged with indecently assaulting the girl in Burnley, assaulting a boy, taking him out of custody and breaching a sex offences order.
He is due back in court on November 5.
