A 55-YEAR-OLD man was arrested by police who found him drunkenly swearing at paramedics who were trying to help him.
Blackburn magistrates heard Brian Fleming was in breach of an anti-social behaviour order imposed because of his behaviour when drunk.

Fleming, who is serving a prison sentence, pleaded guilty to breaching the ASBO. He was jailed for two weeks, which will not affect his release date, and ordered to pay £180 criminal court charge and £80 victim surcharge.
Tracey Yates, prosecuting, said police were called to Todmorden Road, Burnley, where Fleming was unconscious outside a pub.
“He was swearing at the paramedics and refusing to be taken to hospital in Blackburn,” said Mrs Yates. “He was clearly drunk, had visible injuries and had soiled himself.”
Rachael Cleary, defending, said the incident had preceded Fleming being sent to prison but it had not been possible to get the case brought forward so all matters could be dealt with at the same time.
“Prior to going to prison he was a chronic alcoholic living rough on the streets,” said Mrs Cleary. “He has no recollection of this incident.”
