Blackburn woman pleads guilty to child neglect
DONNA Russell, 33, of Lytham Road, Blackburn, was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, made subject to a curfew between 9pm and 7am for eight weeks and ordered to pay £180 criminal court charge when she appeared before Blackburn magistrates and pleaded guilty to neglecting two children.
