Blackburn man lied to police about his car being stolen
DEAN Anthony Hartley, 27, of St Peters Street, Blackburn, was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with dangerous driving and attempting to pervert the course of justice by making a report to police that his vehicle had been stolen when it had not.
