Procter, of Ferrier Close, pleaded not guilty to two related offences
A BLACKBURN man has pleaded guilty to a number of sex offences at Preston Crown Court.
Arthur Procter, 78, admitted three charges of sexual assault by penetration by a person aged over 13 on an adult aged over 18.
