FORMER Blackburn Hawks team-mates of a missing Canadian man have released a video asking him to get in touch with his friends and loved ones.
Jonathan Adams, 26, has not been in contact with family or friends since Sunday and police say it is out of character for him.

Regional Police say Adams’ vehicle was found near a forested area but they have yet to locate him.
“Your brothers back at Blackburn are worried sick and we all love you to pieces,” said one friend in the YouTube video.
“Your family, everybody is missing you. We’re here for you. So if you need us, you know where we are.”
Adams is described as 5’11” tall, medium build, light-brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a navy blue shirt.
He was a member of the undefeated Blackburn Hawks for the 2013-14 season.
Adams also played for the King Wild and South Muskoka Shield in Canada’s GMHL, and had a brief stint with Malungs IF in Sweden.
