THE former YMCA in Blackburn has been put on the market.
Offers are being accepted until Friday, August 21, for the building in Clarence Street.

A spokesman for Taylor Weaver Chartered Surveyors, which is marketing the site, said: "The property comprises the former YMCA premises which has
been vacant for a number of years and is now at the end of its useful economic life.
"The site area is 1.051 acres (0.425 hectares) and could be suitable for residential, leisure, office or other uses subject to planning.
"We have been instructed to invite best offers by noon on Friday, August 21, from interested parties."
