A WOMAN’S complaint about her estranged partner using cannabis when looking after their daughter was met with abuse and death threats, a court heard.
Blackburn magistrates heard Jakub Arbaski rang Michelle Fernandes and told her he would be picking their child up and if she said anything he would knock her out.
He also threatened to kill her before ringing her mum and telling her to sort her daughter out or she would be “six feet under”.
