POLICE investigating an assault in Blackburn last month are asking a man who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
A 53-year-old man from Accrington was followed into the men's toilet at King George’s Hall and headbutted during a funk and soul night on Saturday, April 25.

PC 4456 Neil Ogden from Blackburn Police said: “We are determined to find who was responsible for this unprovoked attack.
“This man may be a potential witness to the assault and so we are asking him to come forward and speak to us.
“If this is you or you recognise this man, please get in contact.”
The man police want to trace is described as a white, 5ft 7ins, between 45 to 55 years old and bald.
