A CROWD of people huddled around a car in an effort to coax a scared dog from underneath it.
The fire and police services were called to Preston Old Road, Blackburn, at around 6.10pm on Tuesday to reports of a distressed dog hiding under a car.

Watch manager Harrison from Blackburn fire station said the dog was finally coaxed out by a woman from a “local shelter or the RSPCA” who calmed the pet down before taking it away.
