A 31-YEAR-OLD man who repeatedly breached a non-molestation order in favour of his mother has been jailed for 17 weeks.
Blackburn magistrates heard on the first occasion Paul Anthony Creasey smashed a window to get into his mum’s house while she was in bed.

Creasey, 31, of Bolton Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to two breaches of the non-molestation order, criminal damage and two failures to surrender to bail.
Parveen Akhtar, prosecuting, said on the first occasion Mary Allen had gone to bed when her son came banging on her door and shouting through the letterbox.
She ignored him because he wasn’t welcome. He went to the back door and she heard a loud smash.
On the second occasion police called to Mrs Allen’s home at 8am found Creasey in the house which he was banned from by the non-molestation order.
Jonathan Taylor, defending, said despite problems with her children Mrs Allen always wanted to support them when they had problems.
