Blackburn man fined after hitting mum in the eye with phone
A 22-YEAR-OLD MAN hit his mum in the eye with a phone during a row.
And the Chairman of the magistrates sitting at Blackburn said Aqib Javed Butt could easily have blinded her.

Butt, 22, of Cedar Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to assaulting Balqees Butt. He was fined £200 with £105 costs and £100 compensation.
