His application to take over the front part of the ground floor of the Appliance Shop in Ewood for the new venture was originally deferred at October meetings of Blackburn with Darwen borough planning committee.

The Appliance Shop sells, services and repairs electrical equipment.
The existing business will continue to use the first floor and rear of the ground floor.
The committee approved the application with hours limited to 9am to 8pm Mondays to Saturdays and 9am to 4pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
