Lenghty delays in Blackburn after two-car smash
MOROTISTS were facing long delays in Blackburn after two cars were involved in a collision this morning.
A silver Citroen Xsara and a blue Audi TT were involved in the incident shortly after 9.30am.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene which has seen queues extending down Bolton Road and Infirmary Road.
One eyewitness said: “It’s utter chaos and I was just sitting there for ages.
“It took me more than an hour to drive a distance that would normally take ten minutes.”
Both drivers were taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital with minor injuries.
