This happened in daylight, there are children playing on this busy main road and on adjacent side street which is also a bus route on scooters and emerge suddenly from behind the many parked cars into the road, they don't look and think its funny... an accident waiting to happen, so Sunny Bower parents waarn your offspring to look both ways and stay off the roads particularly at night when the cannot clearly be seen.
