Man banned from centre of Blackburn under interim ASBO

A 46-YEAR-OLD Blackburn man has been banned from Blackburn town centre as a condition of an interim anti-social behaviour order made by the town’s magistrates.
Police are seeking the Asbo against James Lee, of Oakenhurst Road, Blackburn, because of his drink related behaviour in the town centre.
