Bacup man on indecent photo trial

A 46-YEAR-OLD man appeared before Burnley magistrates accused of child and extreme porn offences.

Robert Tyson McGregor, of Bankside Lane, Bacup, is charged with 10 allegations of making an indecent photo of a child and two counts of possessing an extreme pornographic image between February 2010 and July 2011. He did not indicate pleas and the case will be heard at the crown court.

McGregor was bailed until December 4 for committal proceedings on condition that he lives at Bankside Lane and does not have unsupervised contact with any child under 16.
