MARK Anthony Bolton, 43, of Pegamoid Street, Bolton, and Simon Frank Horrocks, 46, of Hollinhurst Road, Radcliffe, were committed on bail to Preston Crown Court charged with theft from the SITA recycling centre at Clitheroe and going equipped for theft with bolt croppers and a torch.
