Pendle four accused of poaching

FOUR men accused of poaching are to face trial before Burnley magistrates.
George Liddell, 21, of Brownroyd, Barnoldswick, Aaron Philpott, 28, of Varley Street, Colne, Michael Singleton, 26, of Glenroy Avenue, Colne, and Jonathan Sullivan, 31, of Sherwood Close, Nelson, face an allegation of daytime trespass in pursuit of game, on land at Sunny Bank Farm, Longridge, on May 28.
Singleton is also accused of refusing to give his name and address to an authorised person or occupier of land.
