A public meeting will tackle a high-profile development.

Hyndburn Council are holding their planning committee meeting tomorrow at 2pm at Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street Accrington.

Up for discussion is the controversial developments of the Peel Centre at Whitebirk.
