LANCASHIRE’S emergency service teams are appearing in a television documentary.
The programme, entitled ‘999: What’s Your Emergency?’, launched last night and follows police, fire and ambulance crews responding to call outs.
Filming for the Channel 4 show took place last October and the 10-part series features incidents like anti social behaviour, drug and alcohol-fuelled incidents and a fire fatality.
Chris Kenny, assistant chief fire officer, said: “The documentary intends to showcase the dedication of emergency services across Blackpool and the challenges faced on a daily basis.
