Heavy rain for East Lancashire

THUNDER and heavy rain has been forecast for today as The Met Office has issued an amber warning.
Pulses of rain, heavy and thundery in places, are expected to last until tonight and the early hours of tomorrow morning.
Warnings of the possibility of surface water and flooding and with localised disruption to travel have also been issued.
Tomorrow there will be sunny intervals with highs of 21C.
