Jail threat to Nelson drug man

WESLEY Hall, 30, of Meredith Street, Nelson, was bailed until August 29, for a pre-sentence report, at Burnley Crown Court.
He has admitted producing a Class B controlled drug and possessing a weapon designed for the discharge of a noxious liquid or gas.
Judge Simon Newell told him: “The fact I am adjourning is no indication of what the sentence will be. It seems on the face of it there is a very reasonable chance of custody.”
