This can only be a good thing and a chance to take a first, albeit a mainly symbolic, step towards improvement in relations between the fans and the Club which have been torn apart by the inadequacies of the new owners.

Well done BRAG and respect to Singh for putting himself in the firing line.

I hope Coun Hollern keeps the session on an even keel so that there might be more such meetings (hopefully presenting the new manager) in the future.

Fair play to him for at least meeting the fans! He might be mad as a box of frogs, but he's more balls than Kean, Shaw, Agnew and Venky's put together! Let's hope its the start of something more constructive and encourages the spineless wonders to come out from behind Mrs D's skirts.

Look Shaggy, put your money where your mouth is, you say you came to make a difference, don't let us stop you just get on with it.

I'm not overly keen to defend the Venky's regime but if Shebby is willing to talk to the fans then he at least deserves a chance.

Also, fair enough with disliking Steve Kean, but I can't understand why so many fans are anti-Colin Hendry - the man is a Rovers legend. Yes, he left to go to Rangers under a cloud but so did Shearer when he left for Newcastle - they are both Rovers legends first and foremostly for what really matters and that is what they did on the pitch. Have these fans forgotten Hendry's last gasp clearance off the line against Everton in 1995 or the goal he scored in 1987 to win the Full Members Cup? Not to mention the countless man of the match performances where he saved the day with his super-human efforts - in fact I can't remember an occasion where he pulled on the Rovers shirt and gave lany less than 100%. Hendry was one of the best centre halves of his generation and he chose to serve most of his time playing for our club. I remember the old second division days watching Walsall away and seeing Hendry punching the air at halftime on hearing that our promotion contenders were losing and I remember him turning up to watch Rovers after he had left to play for City. In my eyes, the man has blue and white blood and nobody can tell me any different. If he can instill some of his old passion for Rovers into the current players, who apart from David Dunn (and possibly Pedersen) don't really give a monkeys about Rovers, then surely that cannot be a bad thing.

To dislike him on the basis of some random punter's 'he-said, she-said' website is absurd. The matter is between the two parties and has nothing to do with the club or the fans. In any case, by making spurious comments about somone who has now passed away, the fella who put together the website has completely discredited himself in my opinion.

Well done to BRAG for getting this meeting - those who have worked tirelessly for BRAG (on OUR behalf) should be immensley proud of what they have achieved so far.

Also full credit to Shebby for standing up to us fans and speaking to us directly - that at least earns my respect for him unlike all those other spineless jellyfish running our club, the Rao brothers, Anderson, Kean and Agnew - not a back-bone between them disgusting lot of them.

I'll be there and, I, no doubt like the other 499 in the audience will be saying 2 things - why is Kean still manager ? and no matter what the results this season WE DON'T WANT HIM NOW NOR WILL WE EVER WANT HIM AT OUR CLUB !!

Ive been in SE Asia for around 7 years and have listened to Shebby giving his "expert opinions" on the matches I have watched here. As someone stated he seems to be as mad as a box of frogs and his footballing pedigree having played for the mighty KLFC is certainly in doubt.
What I dont doubt however is that he will give all the right answers as he seems to be well educated in the art of being liked while talking garbage.
As somebody else also commented he is showing some bottle,, but is that not what he is being paid to do by the owners. He certainly isnt being paid for his footballing knowledge I guarantee that much.

Dont get your hopes up too high guys, after all he's just a puppet on a string and will try to flannel you. Venkys dont care about the fans they demonstrated that in adundance already.
