Pendle MP demands new dog attack laws (From Lancashire Telegraph)

Good idea, but, how do you prove the dog belongs to the person or in fact anyone?
Also, the police won't respond, and the dog warden isn't interested anymore.
So tell us please MR Politcian who will police this law??

With everything our country and county are enduring at the moment is this really what you think us voters want you to concentrate on?

The lager drinking dog, probably goes by the name of Tyson and belongs to a tracki wearing chav with blue tattoos and no teeth. These kind of dogs, that are purchased to make me look ard, need to be chipped to their owners. My idea would be to chip the dog and tattoo a barcode on the chavs head/neck that can be seen from fifty yards. That way if a dog is loose somewhere, anyone wearing tracki bottoms and a vest, lying in their own vomit and within a fifty yard radius can be quickly identified and sent for some dentures and a nice pair of action slacks.

How about bring back dog licence at £40 a year compulsory chipped and muzzle all dogs in public.

To anyone that cares. Who as an IQ more than 50. Putting more laws in place is the wrong way too do anything!.
my point is every law is one more freedom gone? what next. For a start its your own land so you can do anything you like on it, or whats the point in owning land?.
What next?, then it will be no ponds the waterfall makes to much noise, and the legitimate kids that tresspass might drown?.
(well no ones going to convict 9 year old of tresspass iTs what thay do! which then makes them legitimate)
Then you have to cut down trees, tresspassers might get hurt falling out of them!. Or your fence is broken and you get done for dangerous edgeges. Then you have too light your pathways in case a legitimate someone trips!.
Their must be a law out there allready that will cover that. All we need is to make the home owner liable. (what isnt dangerous if you think about it).
If a person climes into my back yard, an my dog bits them its there falt. I have a door bell why are thay not useing it?. And the MPs (MuPpets) just are not looking at the bigger picture. As far as the postmen or person, gose what can i say! apart from why is the postperson in my backyard?. And i gess some of people are just not thinking about this and going with gut feelings and not the big picture.
We all know that the law never works, It only prosecutes the grannys terrier, because the crimanal types have and agood leagal team, if they cared.
The crazy dogs are the victims in all this. And as far as legitimate reason, that can mean anything or anyone and the govenment knows this, Thats why they use the term alot.
Ill give you a instance that could happen eg A window cleaner as a leagal reason to be in your garden even if hes nicking your TV an sterio. And they will still kill your dog for doing its job ??.

Spell / grammar checks exist on your PC or laptop. It makes you look more intelligent and has more of an impact, if words are spelt correctly and sentences make grammatical sense........
