Flooding: Motorists told to remove cars from Blackburn car park

MOTORISTS are being warned to move their cars from a public car park in Blackburn as heavy rainfall is causing a flooding risk.
Officers from Blackburn and Darwen Council are urging drivers to move their vehicles off Knott Street public car park as water levels increase.
The car park is practically full.
