X FACTOR reject Emma Chawner and two members of her family have made an appearance in court.
The defendants have been charged with using threatening behaviour.
Emma, 22, her sister Samantha, 24, and their dad Philip, 56, all of Russell Place, Great Harwood, pleaded not guilty to the allegation when the three of them appeared at Blackburn Magistrates Court.
The Chawner family, who had moved from Ramsbottom received widespread publicity when following her X Factor exit in 2009 it was revealed that her four family members, had a combined weight of 83 stone.
