DARWEN MP Jake Berry has welcomed the launch of the National Careers Service.
The new scheme makes highly-trained advisers available via an interactive website, webchats and over the telephone.
For adults aged 19 and over, there will be a face-to-face service in FE Colleges, jobcentres and libraries.
Mr Berry said: “I am very pleased that the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills has launched this new service which will take advice and guidance out across Rossendale and Darwen in as many different locations as possible.”
For further advice and information, contact the National Careers Service on 0800 100900 or at www.nationalcareers service.direct.gov.uk.
