Blackburn paedophile makes plea on deportation

HEARING: Zulfar Hussain
A HEARING has taken place into whether a convicted paedophile from Pakistan should be allowed to stay in the UK.
Zulfar Hussain, 48, was jailed in August 2007, for abducting underage girls in Blackburn and Burnley and sexually exploiting them.
He was placed in an immigration removal centre earlier this year and was set to be deported.
However, he won an appeal which allowed him to remain and potentially return to Blackburn to live with his wife and children.
The Home Office appealed the decision and Hussain, formerly of Cowell Way, Blackburn, has remained locked up pending a final decision.
A spokesman for the UK Borders Agency confirmed his hearing had taken place on Wednesday and that a result was expected in two to three weeks.
Hussain and his co-accused, Qaiser Naveed, 34, formerly of Colne Road, Burnley, were convicted of child abduction, sexual activity with a child and supplying youngsters with heroin.
Naveed did not oppose his deportation and has returned to Pakistan after serving half his five-year, eight-month sentence.
Hussain’ successful appeal against deportation was based on his ‘right to a family life’ as he had lived in Blackburn with his family for 10 years.

What more cause is there for a return of the death penalty?
Execution is the only real punishment for this scum - rid society of him and provide the ultimate deterrent for scum like him.

If this twisted individual wants "a family life" why doesn't he take them back to Pakistan? The other question which springs to mind is: Does he still have "a family life"? Because if he had been my partner I wouldn't want him anywhere near me and especially not near any children I might have. By abusing children he has, in my opinion, lost any right to "a family life".

We can only expect that our legal system will deliver a correct and appropriate punishment.
Lawyers, judges and the probationary services are, after all, people not unlike ourselves. Shocked and horrified at the depths that lowlife will sink.
The judiciary has at hand all the correct information, background and advice. Presumably they will make a correct decision, under law.

These cases are brought in many cases to line the pockets of the legal profesion. If legal ais was withdrawn from such cases would these people have legal representation. The answer is a simple NO.
The judges that sit at these hearings,are not Criminal Judges and have no idea the trauma these people brought before them have caused,hence no decision yet to deport this so called man.
Its not a question of whether these immigrants sign a pledge that they will be asked to leave if they breach the laws of the land.
They should be told to leave and no right of appeal be given.
Many people when commenting on these cases refer to the Asian population,as many live in the Northwest.
But read papers from around the UK you will find that many offenders also come from the old Eastern Block.
My comments refer to them all. Any alian commiting offences in the UK should receive the same treatment.

This country is a Quagmire for depraved foriegners who come here completly flout the laws of this country, but then expect the law to be upheld in their favour regarding human right,s, they scream from the roof top,s if their right,s are infrindged.
What about the rights of British people to feel safe & protected in there own country after all we do pay taxes for that right.

I can't help thinking that it won't stop heinous acts like this happening again. We must find a way as a society and community that deals with offenders, and also tackles the root cause of sexual violence, drug abuse and other anti-social behaviour.
The BNP/EDL certainly have NO answers! The BNP/EDL are a part of the problem. Violence and hate being intrinsic to their beliefs.
The football hooligans of the BNP/EDL would threaten and abuse anyone who did not agree with them (read about Nazi Germany). Any person who judges on the colour of a persons skin - well, think about it.
Only the WHOLE community can stop these crimes happening.

On the subject of the BNP/EDL sorting these people out.
Reminds me that it was only a few weeks since the BNP/EDL demonstrated at the KFC.(see LET). Amongst their rabble, was a convicted thug who had left a man brain-damaged. Is this the type of 'sorting-out' we need?
It takes me back to convicted football hooligan.
This creature, was sent to prison because he abused young girls. In a case not too dissimilar from the one above.(see LET). He served his time, and I hope, realised that his sordid actions were wrong.
The man in question, was non other than the local BNP organiser for this area, at the time of the offence.
We need to 'sort-out' these problems as a community, all of us! We must fight hatred and violence. WE MUST WORK TOGETHER!
