PETER STEPHEN JOHN CLARKE I would like to thank my son Daniel and daughter-in-law Lorraine for all the help and care they have shown me over the last three months. Thanks to my step-son Brett for helping with the dogs whilst Peter has been ill. Big thanks to Marlene and family, Amy, Carol, Joan, John, Sam, Martin, Gina, Ken and Louise for their support and also to all our neighbours, Saint Gabriel's Church for all their prayers, Holy Souls R.C. Church for their support and prayers, Father Knowles for his visits to Peter both in hospital and Haydock Nursing Home. Many thanks to Community Wheels for helping Peter to get about for appointments. A very special thank you to all the nurses, care assistants and cooks at Haydock Nursing Home, Pleckgate Road, Blackburn for the amount of special care and time they gave both to myself and Peter whilst he was in the home over the last 8 weeks of his life. To doctors and nurses who over the past 20 years have helped Peter, Coronary Care, eye clinic, A and E heart team, assessment team, diabetic clinic and all the wards Peter has been on. Doctor Timpson of Roe Lee Surgery did all he could for Peter, visiting him every day, a special thank you to him. Larkhill Health Centre for their very good care and all the doctors at all the hospitals. Special thanks to Father Chinnery for attending the hospital for Peter's final hours for his blessing. To Father Jude for visits to Peter in hospital and for a lovely Requiem Mass. Thank you to Alan and Sandra for their music and songs at the Mass and a big thanks for the Mass Offerings and donations received to Woodgreen Animal Shelter which Peter gave to each year. Thank you to Simon at Talbot Funeral Services for all help he gave in arranging Peters funeral. Also I would like to thank everyone for all the Mass cards I have received, and also for everybody that is thinking of me at this sad time.
