DOROTHY MAY ALLEN Jean, Paul and Heather would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers and donations to Alzheimers Research and the Genesis Appeal for Breast Cancer Prevention. Thank you to all who have cared for mum in anyway, especially Doctor Westwood, district nurses and Doctor Master, Mr P. Johnson and Mr W. Barker, Community Mental Health Team, Ryan and staff at Holme Manor, staff of Woodlands H.F.E, Haydock Nursing Home, I and A Home Care, also wards and departments of E.L.H.T. Special thanks to Reverend P. Brown and friends from Rishton Methodist Church and especially to Reverend W. Robinson for his comforting ministrations, Mr A. Holmes and Mrs J. Hindle and all who helped in any way to prepare and attend the funeral service and to Sonia, Peter and staff of Hyndburn Funeral Service for their caring, professional service.
