A MAN who died after falling 30 feet from a Majorca hotel was from Blackburn, according to national newspaper reports.
The man, named as Kevin Anthony Arie Hubert Louis, fell from the fifth-floor balcony when a prank went wrong, according to Spanish police.
A post-mortem examination was due to be conducted yesterday after the incident at 7.40am on Sunday.
According to reports the 27-year-old man and his friends had returned 10 minutes earlier to their apartment in Magaluf when he fell.
The Lancashire Telegraph has so far been unable to corroborate that Mr Louis had been living in Blackburn.
It is understood that reports he was from the town have arisen as that is the place of birth listed on his passport.
