A second Parliamentary candidate has been bitten by a dog while out campaigning.
Last week, Burnley Conservative Richard Ali was snapped while out delivering leaflets in the town.
Now Ribble Valley LibDem prospective candidate Allan Knox has been injured.
He was putting a leaflet through a letter box in Edisford, Clitheroe, when a dog bit his right middle finger.
Mr Knox, said: “I heard a bark and just saw lots of blood.”
He said he would be back on the streets campaigning later this week – using a wooden spoon or spatula to push the leaflets through the letter boxes.
