FORMER St Mary's College pupil Paul Garner has been made a partner at Blackburn law firm Cunningham Turner.
Paul, 37, who lives in Lammack with his wife, Margaret, worked at Blackburn magistrates and progressed to court clerk before qualifying as a solicitor in 1984.
He has been with the Richmond Terrace solicitors since October 1990.
