BLACKBURN brewers Daniel Thwaites were planning massive investment to transform a disused town centre warehouse into a leisure complex.
The former bonded warehouse at the corner of Penny Street and Salford, in Blackburn town centre, was set to feature a nightclub, snooker hall, wine bar and shop premises - all under the same roof.
