YOUNGSTERS in Accrington kept one eye on the clock as they worked flat out to complete our Deadline activity.
NIE co-ordinator Rita Shaw spent the day at Hyndburn Park CP School challenging year 6 pupils to select news, information and advertisements to produce their own versions of our newspaper.
"This is a wonderful way to show the importance of team work," said class teacher Mark Geldard. "But editors discovered some of the difficulties of leadership."
