ARMED police swooped on a suspected terrorist and seized a cache of explosives and guns in the crowded Accrington town centre while terrified eye-witnesses were told to keep down and stay down.
A man was arrested and immediately driven down the M6 guarded by armed motorbike riders to the top security Paddington Green police station, London.
