REGARDING the gritting of roads and footpaths, I'd like to know to what use should the contents of the yellow bins be put.
I ask because I know of at least three which were emptied, but not one shovelful was spread on the road or footpath in the area around them.
Presumably, local people think it is supplied for their own premises.
How stupid!
