People at high risk from swine flu will hopefully receive their vaccinations by mid-December.Chief medical officer, Sir Liam Donaldson, said there had been a "very substantial increase in the numbers (of people) in intensive care.One group of campaigners - tpuc - has put up posters in Birmingham hospitals warning against having the jab.Sir Liam said only Birmingham appeared to have been targeted in this way.
